New Champagne Rooms

The New Champagne Rooms were a popular theater venue located on Abney Parkway in Babbage Square. It was the host to magic shows, variety acts, the semi-monthly Music Appreciation nights, and, of course, burlesque dancing.
The Theater met its demise at the hands of Elvira Foehammer, leader of a local temperance movement. It is documented as follows:

The Champagne Rooms are vandalized.
Fire destroys the Champagne Rooms.
The New Champagne Rooms, which were originally built on Jersey Island and Babbage Square, then Babbage Square and Seraph City, consolidated its resources to Seraph City in 2010. It was finally derezzed in 2011.
