Laputa

Laputa was an early Steampunk "skycity", floating on cavorite mounds. It was notable for its residential skydocks, its library, and its central market with a wide variety of emerging Steampunk merchants. The center of social activity was its tavern, the "Ten Bells", which had become a locale for new music acts in the Steampunk genre. Unfortunately, it was abandoned in October of 2008.
