Juris Pizzaro

Father Juris Pizarro is a senior cleric in the Huberite Order of the Church of the Builder. His specialty is development of gifted students to the level where they can be conditioned into achieving states of unusual mental ability. The conditioning itself is overseen by Father Ora Moonwall.
Father Pizzaro and Father Moonwall have worked together for many decades. Pizzaro's fastidious and precise nature is often at odds with Moonwall's more laid back approach to the trivialities of daily life.
Recently, Father Pizzaro has been demonstrated to be loosing his mental facilities to senility. He is still capable of daily activities and is allowed to live as he always has. He is seeking to train his successor at the Mnemotechnics Institute.
