From New Babbage Department of Records and Archives

Cobblestone House is an old house, dating back to before New Babbage Square. It now holds shops and has a back alley known as 'Pennywise', popular with street urchins. Some claim to have seen the ghosts of monks walking down the Pennywise Lane.
