Once in a great while you have a viewer problem which is actually interesting. Here are my two best:
Either the viewer or someone was running around with paint during the night.....
Earlier this month Mr. Spires posted the picture, Pointillism Sky, which prompted me to look through my collection for images of that type.

I've never experienced the phantom painter like this.... best I can come up with is the people using mesh avatars that don't rez properly and look like they are just a floating head with no body....
I had forgotten I had this photo until your blog. This is probably from about 3 or more years ago. I was on SL viewer 1 flying around New Babbage when the viewer decided I needed to fly across the sims no matter what commands I tried. Insted of controlling my AV the camera view swing around and I got this shot.
Not like your photos, but odd enough I kept it.
