has the grid been running cludgy?

I've noticed the last few times I logg on, overwhelmng lagg, text chat being all out of order and out of whack, and some odd bugs where avatars seem to be missing parts, I saw 3 floating heads earlier.

I thought it was my connection at first, but it's running failry strong, and I started hearing other people describe the same.  but can't find any information or jira on it
