Originally a pump station bringing water to the Acadamy district, it was refurbished by Dr. R.A. Spears as a home, as he researched what he termed "Arcatech". Spears dissappeared mysteriously and the house fell into disrepair until Grendel Footman bought the land and rebuilt the house.
now it contains a small bar on the ground floor

once the interior is cleaned up, I am considering tennants, they make alright test subjects afterall
